Give Yourself a Break
Feeling tired, run down, overwhelmed, overworked, or unemployed and can't find work? Worried about your finances, your relationship, your lack of relationship, money or good health? Whatever you're doing that is causing you stress is a sign that you're focusing on things and situations that you don't want - which eventually creates more things that you really don't want!
Deliberate creators (who take their understanding of the law of attraction to a more conscious level) know that focusing on things (either through thoughts or through feelings) produces physical manifestations in their "reality." Often it is a challenge to intentionally focus on something better, when one is so anxious about "what is" in one's present moment.
All that stress is a sign to give yourself some slack and just find something that feels good. Take a break from all that worry! Give yourself a break!
