Activate Thoughts That Make Stress Impossible

Friday, July 13th, 2012

Today's Power of Intention calendar from Wayne Dyer reads:

"You can either activate thoughts that produce stress within you, or activate thoughts that make stress impossible. It's your choice."

Let's activate thoughts today that make stress impossible: thoughts like fun, play, silliness, excitement and joy! Join me for our first Giggle Fest & Manifest! VIDEOCHAT at GoodVibeUniversity today at 2:00 p.m. EDT and let's create some fun and play! You have to be a member to join in on this one, but you can try it out for $1 here. Once you join, look to the left sidebar under "Resources" for "Videochat." "See" you then! hee hee

Anderson Cooper Giggle Fest – Part 2

Sunday, July 1st, 2012

I'd say that Anderson is having a lot more fun these days. Or maybe it's the new wave of news for 2012! Looks like he broke into giggling again about two months ago (8 months after the earlier Giggle Fest on the air).

The part that I really love is when he says, "You gotta let it out!" Very good, very good, YAY! Your body, your spirit and your mind all need laughter. We need to return to our childlike-playfulness to live happier lives. Laughter truly is the best medicine!

So how about a regular Giggle Fest and Manifest! session on your show, Anderson? We could get it all out before you begin (or) anywhere in the segment where you feel it's needed! I'm open and I live in New York! hee hee

In the meantime, keep on letting it all out!

Anderson Cooper’s Giggle Fest – Part 1

Sunday, July 1st, 2012

I came across this video of Anderson Cooper giggling on a segment from his show on CNN. I don't think this post needs a lot of words. He says in the piece, "I've never done this before," but I doubt that! I'm sure he's laughed and giggled before! 🙂 hee hee  We have so many "adult rules of behavior" that don't serve us in living a happy life: like seriousness on the news, not to mention the news that's reported.

IMAGINE how all news coverage would change if every newscaster got "the giggles" on the air?  I think it'd be awesome (and I bet there'd be a lot more of good news reported, too)! It would almost be like tuning into a Laughter Yoga class everyday on tv! So go ahead, Anderson, laugh and giggle all you want. I'd certainly tune in more if you did!

68 Seconds

Sunday, June 24th, 2012

People familiar with the teachings of Abraham probably know about the value of 68 seconds in manifesting.  For those that don't, here's a re-cap: Holding a pure thought for 17 seconds attracts more of that energy and in the next 17 seconds, it's exponentially more powerful. Add another 17 seconds to that, and another 17 seconds after that and you've got 68 seconds of pure thought/energy on any subject on its way to you! In other words, it's worth spending 68 seconds of your day deliberately in pure thought energy in order to create what you want.

On my free Giggle Fest & Manifest! calls, we deliberately laugh to raise our vibe to one of joy, love and fun! You don't have to be specific about what you want on the calls - just show up, be open to laughing along and connecting with some pretty awesome people! After each call, that's a good time to be more specific about your desires and intentions as you'll be in a higher vibration from which many good things manifest.

Let's live the rich life today by giggling our way through 68 seconds of JOY,  over and over again! Today's call is dedicated to the practice of holding pure thought for 68 seconds.

Call starts at 12 pm eastern Dial: (724) 444-7444 Call ID: 97452# (1# if prompted for pin)

Or giggle along in the Vortex at:http://www.talkshoe.com/tc/97452

See you then! hee hee

Let’s Play!

Friday, May 11th, 2012

Ready? Set! GO!!! Let's play!

What, you ask? Not feeling it? Are you not in the mood today? Perhaps you're not feeling so well today? What's your excuse? How many times do you make excuses not to have fun, because you think you have to "act your age?"  Or maybe you've been taught that "playing" is immature behavior that "adults" don't do - Or perhaps you're so stressed out worrying and thinking about your current "reality" that you don't think you have time for fun.

Whatever the reason you're using, you're not alone. Adults don't have as much fun as kids do. Children know how to have fun. They laugh a lot more than adults. In one study, children were found to laugh about 400 times a day, compared to only 17 for adults.  This site is intended to help those who know the benefit of laughter and to help them deliberately create a more joyful life. We don't need stories, comedians or jokes either.  We'll just laugh for no reason, even if we aren't feeling it, even if we're not in the mood today and no matter what age we are.

So welcome to the first post. Are you ready? Set! Let's go!
